Please acknowledge the following warranty service conditions:
  • Warranties are void if product has not been installed by a Licensed Electrical contractor.
  • Travelling time to remote areas is not covered by the warranty. Service calls within 30 minutes of major capital and regional centres are covered. Outside of this, additional fees may apply.
  • Proof of Purchase and Certificate of Electrical Safety MUST be attached to Claim.
  • If you make a request for warranty service and the service agent finds and of the following, additional service costs could apply (minimum $100):
    • It is not a Brilliant Lighting Fitting
    • It has not been installed as per manufacturers instructions
    • It has not been installed according to AS 3000 wiring regulations
